First of all, we ship personalized bears within 24 hours of receiving the order - which is unheard of for a personalized item and we are very proud of that. So, if you place your order before 2:00 p.m. eastern time, it will normally ship that day - if you want it asap. You can also order now and specify delivery in the future, even months ahead of when you need it. We'll hold to ship closer to your ideal delivery date.
In the interest of keeping shipping costs down for our customers we offer Priority Mail Service as well as UPS 2nd Day and Overnight Express Mail service.
You will be asked to fill in an "ideal delivery date" on our order form. We realize that Bandanna Bears are usually intended for a specific occasion and we will do everything in our power to ship so that the Bandanna Bear arrives on your "ideal delivery date" regardless of the shipping method you choose. Keep in mind, however, that specific delivery dates are not guaranteed unless you choose UPS 2nd Day or Next Day service AND you place your order by the cut-off time.
Saturdays and Sundays: No deliveries will occur on Sundays. Additionally, UPS does not count Saturdays or Sundays as regular transit days. Please understand this when you are placing your order. If it's Thursday, for example, and you choose UPS 2nd Day Air, the bear will arrive on Monday.
The U.S. Postal Service on the other hand considers Saturday a regular transit day. If your ideal delivery date is a Saturday, we suggest using U.S. Priority Mail Service or Express Mail Service.
Refund Policy: We stand behind every product we sell. Our standards for workmanship and design are very high and we painstakingly check and double check each and every order for quality and accuracy before it is shipped. If your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in its original packaging for a credit, exchange or full refund. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. We cannot grant refunds or exchanges, however, due to misinformation or misspellings provided by our customers on our order form. Please make sure to accurately fill in the order form and print it for your records. These are custom printed products. We do not offer refunds unless there is defect in the product. We also do not offer refunds if the bear is returned to us as undeliverable after shipping to an address you provided. Please make sure the SHIP TO address you give us is valid.
